Important Information
24-Hour Rule
The 24-hour period is calculated from your scheduled appointment time. For example, if your appointment is at 2:00 PM on Monday, you must cancel by 2:00 PM on Sunday to avoid the fee.
Emergency Situations
We understand that true emergencies occur. In cases of medical emergencies or other extraordinary circumstances, please contact us to discuss your situation.
Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule rather than cancel, the same 24-hour notice policy applies. We'll do our best to accommodate your preferred new appointment time.
